History and Accurate Positions for the NGC/IC Objects (Corwin 2004)

NGC 6040. See NGC 5736, as well as NGC 6039 = NGC 6042 where I suggest that Swift might have fudged his position for this to make it agree better with Stephan's micrometrically-measured place.
