NGC 6967. The eastern-most galaxy in the NGC 6962 group has been correctly identified by most catalogues except MCG and UGC which called it "NGC 6965." This error, combined with the correct identification in CGCG, led RC3 to include two entries for the galaxy, both, fortunately, under the correct number. See the RC3 errata paper for the correct data, which I summarize in the main table here.
pB, S, lE 100deg, F star p. 15'' and star 11 mag 45'' f.
The RNGC (Sulentic and Tifft 1973) notes that this is a 14.5 mag galaxy. Their coded description reads SLEL,UHISB,DKLN.
