Calls it only a cluster "in Gemini" and notes that it is about 1 degree in diameter; "corse cluster containing 10, 11 and 12 Geminorum."
Location:Blesfontein Guest Farm,Sutherland.
Sky Conditions:The most crystal clear sky possible.Dark moon and stars magnitude 6 and fainter are visible with the naked eye.Excellent clean sky,limited star flickering and brilliant objects.
This open cluster is an equally large cluster that I have found that it consists of 15 stars arranged in an WNW and ESE in a semicircle of 9th to 10th magnitude stars.This open cluster is not at all concentrated and that the stars in this cluster have bright and faint stars mixed together.This open cluster measures 19.5'x 16.2'with P.A:WNW/ESE.Chart No.207,NSOG Vol.2.
